We are licensed to sell insurance products in multiple states and act as an intermediary between our clients and insurance carriers. 2. Information We CollectIn order to help you find and apply for insurance coverage, we collect personal information that is necessary to evaluate your coverage options and submit applications on your behalf. This may include: Personal & Contact Information
Full name, date of birth, Social Security number, address, phone number, and email address. Health & Medical Information
Current health conditions, prescription medications, doctors and healthcare providers, and existing coverage information. This information is classified as Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA and is handled accordingly. Financial Information

We do not use your personal information for marketing purposes unrelated to your insurance needs, and we do not sell your information to any third party under any circumstances.
4. How We Share Your InformationWe do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your information with data brokers, marketing companies, or any unaffiliated third party for commercial purposes. 5. GLBA Notice — Your Financial Privacy RightsAs an insurance agency, we are subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), which requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your nonpublic personal financial information (NPI). What we collect: We collect NPI such as your name, address, Social Security number, income information, and insurance application data — only as necessary to provide insurance services to you. What we share: We do not share your NPI with nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted by law — specifically, to process your insurance application with a carrier you have asked us to contact on your behalf. Your opt-out right: Because we do not share your NPI with nonaffiliated third parties for marketing or other non-service purposes, there is no opt-out required under GLBA. You will not receive an opt-out form from us because we do not engage in the types of sharing that would trigger that requirement. How we protect it: We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your NPI in compliance with GLBA’s Safeguards Rule.
